<title><![CDATA[Søren Pagter in TV2]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<p>Tomorrow, Friday the 22nd of February the TV2 programme <a href="http://www.tv2oj.dk/go_aften_oestjylland" target="_blank">Go' Aften &Oslash;stjylland</a> will broadcast an interview with S&oslash;ren Pagter.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The interview will focus on how to educate photojournalists and the succes of Danish photojournalism.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The background for the interview is the anniversery of the Danish Press Photographers' Association and the newly published book <a href="http://www.forlagetajour.dk/shop/vidnerne-historien-961p.html" target="_blank">Vidnerne - Historien</a> about Danish Photojournalism in the past 100 years.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Lærke Posselt and Søren Pagter in national radio]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<p>Tomorrow, Friday the 17th, the Danish national radio broadcasts a one hour programme about photojournalism. The programme <a href="http://www.dr.dk/P1/menneskerogmedier/" target="_blank"><em>Mennesker og Medier</em></a> will focus on the 100 year anniversery of the Danish Press Photographers Union, the ongoing debate about credibiity in photojournalism and on the prize winning Danish photojournalists.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>L&aelig;rke Posselt will talk about her prize winning portrait and her education.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>S&oslash;ren Pagter will participate in a debate about ethics and credibility in photojournalism.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The programme will start at 1pm on the Danish national radio station P1.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Lærke Posselt in national television]]></title>

<p>First she'll be interviewed in the morning programme <em>Go' Morgen Danmark</em> on TV2. This programme starts at 6:30 am and will be repeated during the morning. The interview is also available <a href="http://go.tv2.dk/morgentv/id-48209653.html" target="_blank">online</a>.</p>

<p>First she won first prize in World Press Photo and tonight she has won first prize again. This time in the singles portrait category at <a href="http://www.poyi.org/" target="_blank">POYI</a>.</p>

<p>The news is not online at POYI website yet, but the judging is open and can be followed online and it's a fact: L&aelig;rke Posselt is a winner again.</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>It's just been announced that <a href="http://www.posseltphotography.com" target="_blank">L&aelig;rke Posselt</a>, Danish student at her final semester, have won first prize in the portrait category at the <a href="http://www.worldpressphoto.org/gallery/2012-world-press-photo" target="_blank">World Press Photo</a> 2012.</p>

<p>L&aelig;rke Posselt wins with a portrait of the 27-year-old Iranian-born actress Mellica Mehraban who grew up in Denmark, but debuted as an actor in Iran in 2011. The portrait was made while L&aelig;rke Posselt were doing her internship at Politiken.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Nikolai Linares nominated for Student Focus competition]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<p>Nikolai Linares, currently working on his final BA project, is nominated for the <a href="http://www.worldphoto.org/student-focus/" target="_blank">Student Focus competition</a> launched by the <a href="http://www.worldphoto.org/" target="_blank">World Photography Organisation</a>.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Each year the World Photography Organisation invites hundreds of  universities and schools of photography around the world to participate in the Student  Focus competition. Each institution selects one student to enter the first round of the competition. Then the World Photography Organisation selects ten  students for the second round - the Student Focus competition. Nikolai Linares was selected  based on his picture <em>Escaping the heat.</em></p>

<p>Nikolai wins a Sony camera, a trip to London and then he's allowed to enter the Student Focus competition.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Now Nikolai is going to make a series of pictures with the title <em>Your World in Colour</em> and this series will compete with stories made by students from Russia, Spaibn, New Zealand, USA, Argentina, China and South Africa.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The winner will be announced at the Sony World Photography Awards days in London the 26th of April. The prize is Sony equipment of a value of 45.000 EUR for the home institution.</p>
